We’re happy to announce that DAB Stoke has today moved out of the test phase of its transmissions. Having launched at the beginning of the month we’ve now reached the stage where we are happy with the results. So far, Blue Sky Radio and xRhythms have been available as the team has been monitoring the broadcasts and assessing the results. Now the focus turns towards beginning to add new stations to our bouquet of channels in the coming months.

Steve Perry, one of the directors of the Alternative Broadcast Company said, “We are really pleased with the strength and range of the signal across Stoke and Newcastle. It’s takes time to get things fine-tuned but having done that we think this will be a great opportunity for the new stations looking to join us through the rest of the year.”
